Art & Society is a group which envisages about the linkage between art and society.
In fall 2001, people who have interest and opinions about this worldwide cultural phenomenon, public art, came together to launch this group. The member consists mostly of art-coordinators, consultants, environmental-design researchers who are actually involved in such "public art" projects. These art activities are around us in variety of ways. We hope to observe and identify these activities, utilizing our member's professional perspectives.
